These terms govern your use of svrnwellness.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Health Disclaimer.

The site is operated by Crushed Leaf Organic Pvt. Ltd. (trading as SVRN Wellness), of SCF-220, Sector-9, Huda Market, Faridabad, Haryana 121006, India.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to order from us. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that the products are for personal use, not resale.

Products and descriptions

We sell purified Himalayan Shilajit resin as a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Health Disclaimer.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fulvic acid content verified by HPLC and third-party batch testing. Shilajit is a natural product: colour, aroma, and consistency vary between batches and with temperature, and photographs are illustrative. Such variation is not a defect.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch — not when payment is taken.

We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where:

  • The item is out of stock or a batch fails quality release
  • A price or description was listed in error
  • Your delivery address is not serviceable
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or intent to resell
  • We are unable to verify the details you provided

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free across India; we do not ship internationally.

We accept prepaid payment only — UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets — processed by Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed for dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery timelines, tracking, and failed-delivery handling are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation before dispatch, and our treatment of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, are set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Opened jars cannot be returned, for food-safety reasons.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it by automated means without permission, or copy our content, photography, branding, or lab reports for commercial use.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, illustrations, the SVRN name and logo, and page design — belongs to Crushed Leaf Organic Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Decisions you make about your health based on site content are your own; please consult a qualified professional.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, courier failures, regulatory action, or infrastructure and power outages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer right to bring proceedings locally.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
