Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Crushed Leaf Organics Pvt. Ltd., which trades as SVRN Wellness ("SVRN", "we", "us"), collects when you use svrnwellness.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

We have written it to describe what our systems actually do, rather than to cover every theoretical possibility. If anything here is unclear, email svrn@crushedleaforganics.com.

What we collect

When you place an order, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address (street address, city, state, and pin code). We store an order reference, the items and quantities purchased, the amount paid, and the order status.

When you subscribe to email updates, you provide your email address and optionally your name and phone number, along with your choice about whether we may contact you on WhatsApp.

When you pay, your card or UPI details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or bank credentials. We receive only a payment confirmation, a payment reference, and the amount.

When you browse, we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and general interaction events. Your IP address is processed by our hosting and analytics providers.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our products are not intended for minors.

Why we use it

• To take payment for, fulfil, and deliver your order
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notices, and tracking updates
• To answer your support messages and resolve complaints
• To send marketing email or WhatsApp messages, where you have opted in
• To measure how the site performs and how people find it, so we can improve it
• To meet our legal, tax, and food-safety record-keeping obligations
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with the service providers below, only to the extent each needs to do its job.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid order from a court, tax authority, or regulator.

Some of these providers process data outside India. Where that happens, the transfer is made under the provider's contractual data-protection commitments.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: making the site work (session handling, cart and checkout state) and understanding usage through Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and the Meta pixel/Conversions API.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be turned off without breaking checkout. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" signal and Google offers a GA opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

• Order and transaction records — retained for as long as required by Indian tax and company law, currently eight years from the end of the financial year
• Marketing contact details — until you unsubscribe, then suppressed so we do not contact you again by mistake
• Email subscriptions — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them
• Analytics data — retained according to each provider's default retention, typically 14 months for Google Analytics

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date
• Delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
• Stop sending you marketing email or WhatsApp messages
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave

Email svrn@crushedleaforganics.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link at the bottom of any such email, and opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP.

Note that we cannot delete records we are legally obliged to retain, such as tax invoices, until the statutory period has passed.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant processor — it never touches our servers. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach puts your data at risk.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date below. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers where we have a lawful basis to do so.
