We ship pure Himalayan Shilajit resin across India. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what happens when something goes wrong. If your question isn't answered here, write to svrn@crushedleaforganics.com.
Where we ship
We currently ship Himalayan Shilajit resin and other SVRN Wellness products to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you within one business day of your order and refund it in full.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders across India. There are no handling charges, packaging charges, or fuel surcharges. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment methods
We accept UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, and wallets, processed securely through Razorpay — and Cash on Delivery on serviceable pincodes.
Prepaid orders save ₹100 per jar. Paying online costs ₹1,199 a jar instead of ₹1,299. The saving is applied automatically at checkout; there is no code to enter.
Cash on Delivery adds a ₹100 handling charge per order. A single jar paid on delivery costs ₹1,299 — the price shown on the product page. The charge covers cash collection and the higher return rate on COD shipments, and it is a single charge on the order rather than one per jar. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm.
COD availability depends on your pincode. If our courier partners do not collect cash at your address, the option will not appear at checkout and you can still order prepaid. Shipping stays free either way.
Order processing time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During a new batch release or a promotional period, dispatch may take up to 72 business hours — if that applies to your order, we will tell you by email.
Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, typical delivery windows are:
- Metro cities — 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns — 4–7 business days
- Remote and hill regions — 7–10 business days
These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, regional restrictions, strikes, and public holidays can extend them.
Tracking your order
We fulfil orders through Shiprocket. As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp, on the contact details provided at checkout.
You can also view live status on your order page using the link in your order confirmation email. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Failed deliveries and returned parcels
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. Please make sure the delivery address and phone number you provide are accurate and reachable.
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unreachable across all attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery in these cases is chargeable at actual courier cost. If you would prefer a refund instead, we will refund the order value.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your Shilajit resin parcel arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or with a broken seal, please refuse delivery where possible and tell us within 48 hours. If you have already accepted it, photograph the outer packaging and the jar before opening further and contact us. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we resolve these.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a dispute with the courier.
